Hello Caz👋.
I notice on the TGVRAT public Facebook page, that a lot of people are now getting their official running 🏃🏼♀️ tops. Mainly in America, but one or two Brits claim to have got theirs as well.
I hope everyone is plodding along nicely & keeping injury free. I had a nice 13 mile run 🏃🏼♂️ over the Downs to day.
Actually, thinking 💭 about it, perhaps I should take a leaf out of NDWDave’s & change my name to South Downs Way Dave.

WSW made me get out this evening for another 6 miles. Now on 83 miles and probably in Laconia.
Looking at the maps and street view, me staying over there has just made a significant increase in Laconia's population (according to Google Maps the nearest hotel is 10km away).
Still, I kind of like this bit

NDWDave, I ran up through Clapham Woods, over the Long Furlong Road, & on towards Washington.
I turned for home & ran back towards Findon Old Village, up onto Honeysuckle Lane & past High Salvington Windmill.
Thank goodness 😅 for the shade of the trees 🌳 through the woods, it was hot 🥵 out there.

Washington is the halfway point of the SDW. I’m very familiar with the village hall. Lovely bit of the downs there - it is late afternoon for me with sunset by the windmills on race day.
