Well done V23.

I’ve been on a finish target of 31/8 for about a week, just keeping the 5 milers going but today pushed the boat out with a very hot 10 miler and will now be on 30/8.

Feels like the end is coming but these hot runs are tough. I tend to swim in the morning and bike in the evenings so most of my runs are around lunchtime.
