I've run down every street in Hamilton and it was always fine, if a little boring with so many cul de sacs.

Guess it’s where you’re comfortable with… I don’t feel comfortable in that area 🤷♀️

I’ve made it out of Rutland and into Northants without becoming prey for a red kite. They were reintroduced at Rockingham, among other places, having been persecuted. They like rolling landscapes so Northamptonshire is perfect.
The point I have reached has a turning into Sudborough which is probably nicer than this A road.

We have resident red kites. A pair I think. Beautiful birds.

Not a fan of dual carriageways for running... although the one into Connah's Quay looks quieter than I ever remember it being!! (I guess most of the traffic is routed down the "new" A55 nowadays. But I spent a long school summer holiday period taking this route every day to wire up computer networks in the High Schools of Anglesey whilst they were off - er, 36 years ago!)
Still, I'll stick to this lumpy verge for now.

I seem to have ended up on a road junction today at a little place called Llanymynech which is actually in England. I can't work out whether it's in Shropshire or the West Midlands.
