Ultracat - it's 600 miles overall, so 100 miles a month.
If you log 25 miles a week, you'll finish with two weeks to spare!
If you log 3.5 miles a day, you'll also get there before the end of September.
Walking and running activities both count.

As others have intimated on the original blog, if there is a medal 🏅 or “Welsh slate” on offer, I’m happy to pay for one. Eeerrrrrrrr, if I finish it in time of course. 👍

faithfulred - I was spoiled for choice with Welsh castles, which is why the first half of the route looks a bit more meandering than the second half.
There weren't so many choices as the route came back through the East Midlands to Bedford. I had Nottingham on my longlist, but it didn't quite fit into a suitable 50-mile interval between the one before and the one after.
