Lol Dai.

Back is 'grumpy', Gobi. I took it a bit easier in the gym this morning and will keep moving / not sitting too much today.

Han, I've pulled out... my camping buddies started to bail on me again - plus I really don't think I have the capability to do that sort of mileage / push / carry yet. The back is a definite weak spot :(

:-( sad to read Cath

I usually find my limit on the mtb just as I pass it.

Friday was single track and suddenly on my side.

Sunday was single track and hit a tree, bike and rider are intact :-)

That is sad, Cath. The year I finally get to do it as well. Or part of it. We’re planning about 20 miles each day. Maybe.

Lots of commentary about EF pro rider Morton winning GBduro so had a look at the route.
Turns out it visited fairly close and passed over the Gap road from Pontsticill to Brecon, only about 15 miles away. Had I known I would have tried to go and give the riders a shout.
In the diary for next year in case it,s a similar route.

Since the last appearance of Kaph, some time ago... there are now three wheel sizes, and now new plus (+) tyres for the even more adventurous!

26 / 27.5 (650b) / 29 / 27.5+ (650b+) / 29+ / fat
whatever you ride, enjoy it :)

Gravel also welcome :)

Also, is 26 dead yet?
