Got 3 birthday parties/meals this week; never mind Christmas.
I am, however, rabbit-sitting over Christmas so will use those 4 quiet days in my friends' luxurious house to slide around on their flagstone floor and get posting.
I've been playing some rarer stuff today .... here's a really scarce one from Canada, used to get a lot of plays in the London clubs. Getting on for £2K for one of these. Great record!
Right, just to finish off my input today - has anyone ever heard a "tailor made" ? By that I mean a record that's been produced to sound like northern soul? Some are up front about it, some are fakes and couched as something they aren't. This one is of the latter category, I'll leave you to guess who was behind it
