I have been without a computer for a couple of days and am useless at phone Fetching - so here's a late "wasn't Saturday lovely" comment from me. Wonderful to catch up with Fetchies old and new.
All being well, I will be otherwise occupied on Sept 9th, completing (let's not say running) a half marathon but fingers crossed I'll make another one before too long

I have my flights to the UK booked I arrive on 29th August, so I should be well and truely over jetlag by the 9th
I realsie that none of the possible dates work for everyone, but I hope that 9th September works for as many as possible!

Is there a rough plan for how a TBC works these days? If someone could fill in the blanks below for Saturday 9th September that would help me to plan other things.
I know it is 5 weeks away, but I'm trying to plan los of things for while I am in the UK, but also not spend the whole time traveling between places!

I think its usually meet at 11, eat around 1, leave by 3.30, sometimes with a parkrun first?

Meet before 11, start at 11, I think. Starting point and pub pre-determined with various options for the run or walk.

Four weeks to go! Is it unecessarily early for me to be thinking of booking train tickets? It has been years since I last bought UK train tickets but I think they used to sell out / increase in price nearer the day. I assume that is still the case
I could arrive at St Pancras at 10:22am, which presmably would give me plenty of time to get to whereever we were meeting?
Also, just because I'm nosey, who thinks they'll be able to make it on the 9th Septermber? I know a lot of people sadly can't
