Sorry I only stopped briefly to pick up 2 or 3 jelly babies and didn't say hi to anyone, I needed a pee soooo badly since about mile 10 but there were too many queuing so I kept running. Thanks for the masssiiiiiive cheer at mile 13 Fetchies. |

Guys.....you were all incredible!! Seeing those balloons after 48 miles was just beautiful I was trying so hard not to cry with happiness! :D ***Top tip***Jack Daniels Honey at 48 miles is the way forward!! The last 4 miles were stunning. Sorry I didnt get to meet more of you but I was simply too flippin slow ha ha ha. 6 hours for the first one and 5:49 for the official one....negative split!! ha ha ha Once again, thank you guys from the bottom of my heart

Sorry haven't been back on here yet! Am holed up in NY but I wanted to say again a massive thank you to fetch and fetchpointers for some awesome support during the race. I think this photo says it all: m.flickr.com Cant wait to do it all again next year! Hopefully a bit quicker
