Sigh
I have become aware that I drink quite a few mugs of tea during the day. I've never counted how many. So tomorrow (23rd Jan) I will keep a tally of how many I drink, and when I have them, and report back. I may also record how many mugs are drunk on their own vs. how many with biscuits, and if so, what sort and how many.

Well done Sigh for starting up this forum.
When I used to work for a living, my favourite expression was, " A cup of tea every hour on the hour, whether you need one or not."
I throttle back on the biscuits, though I have been known to pinch the odd Bourbon.
Actually, reading back that last sentence, well, it could be taken out of context, but I'm sure you all know what I mean!
