Not that I know of, but that's not something I'd normally worry about. About 60 miles I guess similar to Norwich, not that close but in this area nothing is. Gorleston is more like 15 miles away. |

Great to see this, a nice course how do you guys measure it then. My garmin says its very slightly short... parkrun.org.uk Im "Alex Bampton" came 8th with pb of 19.33 and you will also see that my old dad won it *sighs lol* Would be intrested if anyone knows me or is going to another one soon as I dont know anyone that uses fetch that Ive run against. |

Alex, Can't comment about how courses are measured, but I find it rare that my Garmin actually measures any course that I have run at the actual length. It's a Garmin thing more than a short course usually. For info, my garmin measured Swindon at 3.09. |

Oh right well that makes me feel better Ran our local 5 mile course today in preparation for the race and I know for a fact its absalutely spot on distance wise but I found I had to run an extra 250m almost to make up the mileage odd... |

I did this yesterday and there doesn't seem to be an actual start line, people just stand on the grass so that might account for the slight difference in distance too.
