Take a look at the Deep River Trail Race (which offers a half marathon distance) on Dartmoor in March. It's very off road and there's lots of up and down in the vicinity of Castle Drogo. Great event and great organisers - I've done it several times.

Hello Fetchies. I'm not sure if there's already a thread along these lines, but I'd love your race recommendations for the spring.

I'm looking for a half marathon (or thereabouts) with some interest, character, and fun. Bath Two Tunnels was amazing, but I'd really like something in March or April (plus I've done that now - I'd like something new!).

I know Fetch has a race finder, but if anything it's too comprehensive for my purposes. I'm spoile...
