I feel I'm studying at a level way below all of you. However, I qualify for an NUS card so I am a student. My failing is the inability to plan my assignments, so they always end up in a bit of a muddle.

Have you tried mind-mapping jangles? That's how I plan things, get a big bit of paper and a pen and put down the elements you need and rearrange till you have your structure. Enough planning and it does most of the writing for you. Right, I have spent all morning sending uni emails and stuff and now I need to do some reading. Cup of tea and PDFs at the ready!

ooh yep I love a good mind map Fleecy. I've started using Xmind on my PC (free software) and use the diagrams in lots of my assignments.
