Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It is the place that is a duplicate; I don't think we have had these lyrics before though, but could be my lack of memory!

Today's short run was very creaky!

Men of harlech, used to play that on the recorder at school

What lovely bracing run along the coast, and a walk
Why away on the deal walmer coast
Last hard that
Last rest 28 12 22

Off to see mum again, couldn't ask for a better birthday weekend really than to see my mum every day

Afternoon all

Ref the catch ups and pizza we have been doing it since 2004, a smallish group when we were all based in and around Oxford and running, now few of us run, but we do like pizza.... Plus Gobi coached me to break the 3:30 with a plan to go sub 3:15... And hit 3:13 at the first go under his tutorlidge... Good memories but very good friends too.

What - 35mins on the Ex Bike (10.2m) went through 10m in 34:20 a record for me.
Why - legs felt good (still feeding off the carbs from Friday...)
Last hard - Every day
Last rest - Friday

Also very happy as a good win for Fulham today, Jnr went up to the game....

Take care and stay safe

Morning!

Lyrics: Friendly old girl of a town
'Neath her tavern light
On this merry night

Line two onwards. We have had the place before but I don't think we have had these words.

Just back from a very successful centenary dinner, hence the early start.

What: something short and easy

Why: recovery run after running harder than usual yesterday pm.
