Gdawg, your wife must be much kinder than mine! I got a tracksmith and marathon poster at Chicago. Both sitting there rolled up.

Good news on the session, I'm sure that confidence boost will more than offset any concerns over a lb or 2 in weight.

Went out for my peak session earlier of 4,3,2,1 mins off corresponding mara pace float x 3. So 60 mins of work. It was tough going, the sinusitis and antibiotics have definitely limited my ability. Fingers crossed they work by the tome they finish on Friday and 9 days or so is enough to reset from them to where I was.

I got a tracksmith poster for London 23 which was my pb year-its the only one I framed and put on the wall. Good luck lads very jealous about Tokyo 👌
