2:54:25 for me today! Couldn’t be happier! Good to meet Baz and WW at the race today! Massive congratulations to Baz for his sub 3, you deserved it mate! Also thanks to WW for on point pacing for the majority of the race! You kept me in line and stopped me from doing anything stupid! (Although the piss stop was the right call from me! 😉) It’s not matter of if, but when your sub 2:55 comes mate! 👍🏻 I’m currently in a service station with the worst calf cramp ever and an Achilles that feels like is permanently getting electrocuted! Only another 2 hours driving to go........

Great stuff lee. A great run and you earned those calf cramps. Thanks for the lift to the start and thanks to WW for the lift back towards oxford.
I’ve just demolished a burger and beer while waiting for the train which appears to be on time today.
I need to go perform for the drug testers soon

those 2 boys smashed it today. Was an absolute pleasure to run to 23 miles side-by-side with Lee. We’d got quite a set of groupies with us most of the way who were just purring over our pacing.
Yes, he took 2 mins out of me in the last 3 miles!!
And to see Baz cross the line and be amongst the 1st to congratulate him was pretty special. Great pacing, great grit and determination. Great to see you got through all that bloody traffic to the station too!! It’s your day on Fetch, enjoy it!
