I've recommended it elsewhere but the WOD Roulette app is really good. You tell it what kit you've got and what movements you can/can't manage and hit the button and it provides you with a random workout that matches. They also have "Living Room Blitz" section which needs no specific equipment. Doesn't really hit the stretching (and I've definitely let that go recently. Monday AM I stretched for the first time properly since November) but strength and core gets a good working over! |

I've been doing some which I started this year and so far haven't missed a day although I've not done everything every day. I've set an interval timer on my phone for 35 seconds which gives me 5 seconds to change position for the next exercise. Front plank, left or right side plank, back and then the last side plank followed by press ups. If a non running day 35 seconds break and go through again. 2.55 minutes once through. I then go onto my wife's (ours now) wonder core for 6 exercises, again on a non running day a 35 second break and then repeat. 3.30 once through. Overall 7 minutes in total once through. |

I actually only started a week ago today. I hope it's becoming a habit.

The core training became a bit of a habit but I gave up soon after I got injured.
