My 5th session was today, back in the big boys gym - and I equalled my deadlift PB (55kg which is more than I weigh) so I am reasonably pleased to be back to where I was last spring at least with one major lift.

Horses are great and everything, but I seem to have wronged them as a species at some point I don't remember and now they're all out to get me. and amazing weight lifty progress, Sharkie! I am in awe.
