Fierce and Focused Fleecy
Potholing would be my worst nightmare, I’d rather have large spiders crawl over my face

The idea of potholing terrifies me. Not something I ever plan on trying, I have to say.

As the previous winner of the "drive phase/Septalamander" award, I would like to pass that honour on to Raemond who is progressing like a possessed progressing demon on her new job project (especially now it appears to be a much bigger "start" than simply a new job :-))

I'd definitely take potholing (or skydiving) over spiders.
Actually I'd go potholing or skydiving even without threat of spiders.

I am honoured to be named septalamander! Though I also feel compelled to confess that I've spent the last few hours crocheting oak leaves for an ending rather than doing anything for project new job (for a dear crafting friend's funeral next week). I shall get myself out to the shed to check on paint supplies post haste!

I loved potholing and went caving a few years ago, would love to do it again.

Raenond, a guy was telling me the other day about him going caving and finding the BIGGEST spider he's ever seen, and that was about 20miles from where I live - put me right off.

Anyway my new thing for September (love this idea btw) is I tried my hand at XC last night, it was a training session to get us ready for the season but for someone who doesn't like laps I was surprised that they didnt bother me at all.

I had a gut poor day of prevarication yesterday - including reading a trash autobiography by someone who did a lot of prevarication - while deadlines got more overdue and the envelope from doctor sat unopened. I was going to broach it with mrS in evening but the best I did was sidle up to him and lean helplessly. I did do 20 squats though.

13hr work day today still ongoing but at least I plodded out a few more sections and I have an unexpected offer of childcare tomorrow afternoon. So feel a bit more hopeful.

Not deep sea fishing. I’m a bit scared of really big fish. Although I also bloody love a tv program about fishing. If you’ve never seen Deadliest Catch, you’re missing out.

It’s actually something very dull to do with planning and life admin. I’m just not admitting to it yet in case I try it and don’t like it!
