Thanks UM, I give those things a try too. Maybe I have to start all over and modify the code a bit. I mean itβs a pretty basic thing I want to do. |

I think i got it to work UM, at least for now, have been doing some testing and it works in different scenarios. Basically i check if my "folder variable" has a value and in that case move the letters, otherwise it don't. This is because the variable gets "nothing" if it doesnt find the right attachments. Strange that other people got that code to work in that state. Oh well, lets see how it works out. |

This is likely to be utterly basic (sorry!) How do I make a drop-down so that my reckless Admin can only put pre-set options in a column of cels? Can I do this without tackling VB? And will this continue to work on spreadsheets shared via MS Teams? (You can go back to the super-complex stuff now!) |

This one is a bit more step by step. exceljet.net You can also, in validation, just check against a source list of values without the drop down. |

Second link sounds like overkill for what JK described. A simple list is what is described in the first link, the second link is making a drop down that changes based on a previous answer.

Sped up the file I created earlier in the week by doing a check for number of line items open in a month per client and only letting the array run if there were multiple lines for a client.

Thanks um. The first one was what I was after, but the second one has given me some ideas!

Is it possible to format a pivot table such that calculated fields stack on top of one another? Almost like having a column presented as a row? |
