Logging training intensity (strava relative effort), and trying to work out how the website works out 'steady progress', 'above weekly range' and so on.

Work one is a massively underwhelming list of equipment data.

What’s the minimum amount of data I need to be able to plot a bell curve? Can it be done without knowing the standard deviation?
