I've got a 5.38 split in a 10 miler (and my only sub 12 2 miles) and 5.50 in half marathons where I've been closer overall to 7 or 8 minute mile pace. Admittedly on very steep downhills and I specialised in running downhill fast (knee won't let me now) and that was always the plan as aerobically I don't take a big hit on it, and they were road sections on multi-terrain races. Just emphasising it would be possible to run 6 miles at 6.19 pace in a half marathon race as a 1.30 pace half marathoner. Just not desirable, sensible or at all likely.

And on cycling Pantani's records still stand on Alpe D'Huez , he has 1st, 3rd and 5th fastest ever times - Armstrong 2nd and 4th. stickybottle.com

Her 5k PB is 18:13, 10k 37:58. Not sure that split from 10k to 20k puts her into PB territory for either to be honest. (Her HM PB also 85:40.)

Ah, fair comment. Though her HM PB was a few years ago now. Funny, she's only 1s away from my 5k PB and exactly the same as my 10k.

Still, if you run a 1:32 half, you don't drop a 6:19 mile in the middle on a flat course, especially not if the first half was more steady.

"Also kind of ironic, especially given this thread title, who her husband is. "

This I don't understand. Not knowing who the person in question is

It’s a pretty soft Hm pb compared to the 5k and 10k ones

We're talking about half a race at 1:30 per mile faster than the first half with no logical explanation and a missing split. I don't really know why it's even a debate.

6:19 for the second 10k after 7:45 for the first 10k is not reasonable parameters for a raced HM.

The debate isn't about whether she cheated. She did.

The debate is whether it is "possible" (not likely, probable or sensible - just possible) to run a 6 mile stretch at 6.19 pace given her kind of times in other races. It is.

It was more a minor semantic quibble by me about the article which came across to me as if this was the smoking gun as first, when I read it initially. Context is of course more important.

I also don't know who her husband is.

LOL! I've not gone under 1:26:xx with identical PBs, wonder what that says about my HM :-)
