Sorry you had a bad one kwala, probably didn't help running at someone else's pace.

I ran this evening, very warm, went back to short sleeves under my jacket and had to strip that down after a while. Legs and everything felt fine.
No rain down here in the south LG.

Wombling Plodder (Welsh Womble)
pops in *waves*, I am still getting out for walks with very limited running - looks like next Saturday will be a walking lap or 2 around Betteshanger, I did contemplate pulling out but as I have a non refundable hotel and a lovely email from Traviss I have decided to get some fresh air ;-)

*waves back to Wom* Glad you're still getting out there and planning on still having a go at Betteshanger :-)

After my couple of iffy runs in the week, I did a spot of parkrun tourism yesterday and knocked a whopping 4:33 off my previous pb :-o :-) Helped that the course was flat and tarmac as opposed to my home parkrun which is bumpy and grass/trail. Results error show my time as 2:30 quicker than my actual time so it's gonna take a while to actually beat what the system thinks my pb is, unless there is a parkrun that is downhill all the way, lol!!
