I did it :-) 2.8 miles done this morning bringing me to 30.3 miles for the month, just beating previous high by 0.2 miles!!

I opted for a R2/W1 which morphed into a R1:30/W1 as my legs felt super heavy and I was struggling a bit but it ended up being one of my best average paces so far - which was a pleasant surprise!!

Well done kwala! :) I'm really pleased for you, you'll be doing parkrun soon, always a good incentive.

I'm there every week volunteering ar - usually I'm timekeeper. RD said I can only run it if I get back first so I can clock everyone else in - I *think* he was joking!! I'm doing a 5k fun run in a couple of weeks and then think I'll probably pop my parkrun cherry at the beginning of September.

Well done Mandy, you'll have to plan your routes with possible pit stop places in it, I always try to - only just made it in time once. :-o I always worry.

No AR - used to have a personal trainer but can't afford her any more :-( It's a shame as I did used to really enjoy it. Now and then (when I remember) I do squats and lunges to help with stability for my dodgy knee. Not had any issues since starting running again so it would seem what I'm doing is enough.
