Well done Kwala that is brilliant! star medal bunting :-)

Brilliant day here, I am shattered but Mum and birthday Dad loved it, it was great having my sister and her family here and their two lovely dogs too. Now everyone has gone, everywhere is tidied up pretty much and I have got a small glass of wine. :-)

Oh no MM, I'm sure she will realise you were trying to help. Did you manage to get a run in today? I didn't have time, and only did five yesterday so I need to haul arse next week and weekend.

Managed to 8.3 before tummy issues led to abandoning run. Good news is legs still had more in them

Sounds like a fab day L10, hope you manage to catch up on your training.

Oh no MM - I'm sure you'll sort things out with your daughter. Glad to hear the legs are going strong even if the tummy had other ideas!
