Yay happy birthday EB! cake

No idea why I am at work, I had barely two hours sleep with the weirdest problem. I've had a sore throat for over a week and last night felt as though my throat was closing, like there was a lump in it. It hurt to swallow but I kept having to swallow it was so horrible, I was awake for literally hours and hours, coughing, swallowing and almost being sick :-( I thought it was a bit like an anxiety attack as I kept panicking I was choking. Just awful and I hope to heck it doesn't happen tonight. But anyway, I am at work and thank goodness as we are really mega busy, though I will be flagging this afternoon on that amount of sleep.

Sounds horrid Lemon, sort of thing I get when allergy hits. Has the feeling gone? If not try an anti-histamine - they usually help me.

Its still sort of there but being up and about and sipping water it seem more ok, last night it was a bit scary and very gross. I have called Dr and waiting for a phone-back from the duty GP so see what they say. I didn't think of anti histamines, I did think this morning we have got Kalms and Sudafed, they might have knocked me out? Hopefully the GP will have the answers and sort me out!

Yay Dr rang me back already, he thinks I may have infection so got appt this afternoon. People slag off my Drs surgery but I can only speak as I find and they really look after me.

Lovely doctor, I had a thorough going over and she has given me antibiotics and anti histamines although I got those over the counter as cheaper that way. She thinks I may have allergies and probably got bronchitis. Anyway I hope to feel better very soon now!

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
