Fragile Do Not Bend
I don't often do a specific SAP run, I usually take my time from another run I'd done that week.

Well done Mandymoo! I managed to get two miles done after work, the first mile included intervals, though I was struggling as my legs ache a bit.

One mile done tonight, 10.30 something so might use that as my SAP mile. Now considering races to replace Snowdonia and am tempted by Beachy Head, they have walkers take part so I might not be last!

Nutso Lazytoad!
Lg well done not sure I would have even ventured out to run in sleet!

L10 like your plotting 😊 sure you wouldn't be last anyway! Don't doubt yourself.

This evening I had a Pt session ouch ouch ouch she was mean 60 press ups still a bit girly but getting there one day I will do them as big boy proper ones! Also managed 2k on the treadmill to open my 2017 account.
