Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

FD - how can you run so far when you are injured? My knee feels like I couldn't do 5 miles today. Is there a magic formula?

FD - these are the only shoes I spend any money on, that's why I worry about them!! I'm not really a 'shoes and handbags' type of woman ;-)

JB - adrenaline maybe ? Had to push myself through it mentally plus I had various people to chat to on the way round thus taking my mind off it. Plus can't face pulling out & wasting my entry fee I'm that tight.

Paula same here I own one pair of shoes for work & currently have 5 pairs of trainers in circulation with another still boxed.

its your age JB!! I think you can carry yourself so far, given post run treatments / routines - the fantastic mr fox is on a road to pushing himself, mentally and physically - which I can relate to, but can't do as I'm to lazy.
