Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

there's a good pub restaurant place in a courtyard near finish. Have dined there after race but never before.

Well done on the PB Paula - now hoping I don't slow you down !

I bought a pair in the week - the wrap around vlcro type & they were crap so wore 2 of the pain white stretchy support bandages & that worked much better, still hurt but felt they were supporting.

I thought it was my ITB's but the pain has moved to the inside of my knee & under the knee cap

Done nothing for 2 days, I swam on Thursday.

Needs a few days rest for me to able to run at the min - not great with 2 doubles this month & the 10 in 10 & Comrades next month - will take some real mental strength to get through it all in the next 8 weeks.

I got a Vulkan knee support but not sure about using it as it is a bit heavy duty.

My pain's under the kneecap on the inside of left knee. i'm assuming its patellar tendonitis but what do i know. It hurts during and particularly after but after 2 days the pain more or less goes.

Until I run again.

Good luck with it anyway, you've got some tough uns there to say the least!
