Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good for you Gooner, thats the attitude mate :-)
Thanks also for lifting my spirits as due to a combination of a bad cold that put me out for a week and also a sickness bug last weekend, the month of March which should have been by big month of mileage as all gone to pot
I was even thinking of dropping the marathon attempy to just doing the half but bugger it, I am going to go for it aswell :-)

Lol, glad I could be of assistance OPC, way I look at it is, even if I haven't done that many long runs or the distace as long as I keep my pace relatively easy so I can hold form, I'll make it round, just means I'll be able to beat my time well next marathon! :)

*leaves thread to check poundland website*

I get plenty of marathon dates with Hot Fetchies - Steady Edina had the privelege last year & Plodding Hippo in Jan :)

Play your cards right BL & you can be joining the mile high club with the flying fox too ;)

The key is keeping the arms straight whislt zig zagging side to side - taking car not to crash into folk like the red arrows ! Lol !
