Good for you Gooner, thats the attitude mate Thanks also for lifting my spirits as due to a combination of a bad cold that put me out for a week and also a sickness bug last weekend, the month of March which should have been by big month of mileage as all gone to pot I was even thinking of dropping the marathon attempy to just doing the half but bugger it, I am going to go for it aswell

Lol, glad I could be of assistance OPC, way I look at it is, even if I haven't done that many long runs or the distace as long as I keep my pace relatively easy so I can hold form, I'll make it round, just means I'll be able to beat my time well next marathon!
*leaves thread to check poundland website*

I get plenty of marathon dates with Hot Fetchies - Steady Edina had the privelege last year & Plodding Hippo in Jan
Play your cards right BL & you can be joining the mile high club with the flying fox too
The key is keeping the arms straight whislt zig zagging side to side - taking car not to crash into folk like the red arrows ! Lol !
