Tomorrow i am intending to do the long group ride for this weeks tour de zwift which is 14 miles but also 3875 foot climb. Monday is the standard one on a guest world day which is 15 miles but only 2720 foot climb.

A wee run later on and probably sunday and maybe monday. Not running tomorrow as that ride will be 2 hours or more plus it colder ;)

Well thats 4 miles done. A tad chilly out and annoyingly sunny even with my sunnies on.

Back in December 2005 I started a thread on Runner's World offering a marathon training plan on 3 runs a week. I had my own running club at the time (Womens Running Network) and I had successfully trialled the training plan when I took a group of girls to Dublin to run their first marathon.

Over the years the thread has evolved into a chat thread, with a bit of training advice, race reports, for predominantly marathon runners.
