:-) G yes, RFS. Which has few rules but one of which does regard not illegitimately swapping numbers.

Been reading a bit more of Marathon Investigation. Looks like a decided odour of rodent around the long standing JOGLE record.

Old Croc - just looked at the Stirling Marathon route. In light of that Cape Wrath thing, some of the road around the Carse of Lecropt was in a shocking state and deteriorating rapidly. Has it been fixed? Would be less than 10% even if not, I suppose.

In other news apparently Porty Parkrun caught someone peeing in the bushes and they were removed from the results.

I hope my own misspelling of my name in my Alloa Half on Sunday doesnt lead to a DQ as tonights run indicates a good time is possible

Alloa is also my PB half. Although you have some ups from 10-11.5 you have a nice down to the finish to make up the time you surrender on the hill

Wouldn’t think you’re nipping into the bushes for a pee for a laugh tbh.

Ally, but if a race has asked you not to, then you're flouting their rules, no matter how serious your, ahem, need, at the time. And as per previous, rules is rules, and if you can't abide by them you're going to get chucked out of the event. Seems fair to me. :-) G

You could always have a pee as you run - wonder if anyone has tried that ;-)
