I did it once but would not do it again. It's a stunning route and the bit that's lit up does not make up for the spectacular scenery you miss in the dark.

I’ve done Illuminator twice and really enjoyed it. Something a bit different as long as you don’t trip. Absolutely agree Corrah that the route and views are stunning in the sunshine too.

Helped with the admin at the Trossachs Trail Race tonight and was shouting out the race numbers on the finish line, nae easy task in the dark with bunch finishes😀
