XC season begins with East District relays at Livi (mudbath), then following week is East District league 1 in Stirling (mudbath) then Cumbernauld on 26th for National relays (mudbath). Love a mudbath! :-) G

An inaugural, Jules :-o But ... you're very local and frequently at the location ;-)

A parkrun, somewhere. I'm pondering if I should do one where I'm sure not to improve my time, to avoid disappointment if I don't. Even considered Plean, but I expect it is now near mudbath status.

57.5 Degrees of Pain
Anyone familiar enough with Queens Park to judge where the new parkrun course will fit into the Glasgow hilliness scale that offers a range of challenges from Victoria flat to the mountains of Drumchapel?
