I am in Northumberland unfortunately, but I did plug Fort William where I could as it sounds like an excellent weekend. Expect midgies!

Thought the FW trail half marathon was quite tough, good event though.

The rain was a Godsend after yesterday’s heat.

The Parkrun was quite hard also.

First time I’ve done two events in a day😂

Just got talked into signing up for the 8hr Falkirk Trail Ultra, gulp.

Did it before as a long training run though.
