K5 Gus
Stirling 10k for me as well - one of the flattest 10k races I've done, up there with Grangemouth in terms of flatness.
Hoping for about 30-40 secs faster than the lumpy Killin 10k a couple of weeks ago

Stirling 10K is great. Got a PB there the two times I did it. As Gus says, pretty much as quick as Grangemouth, which was my last PB! :-) G

Would you like to consider Ruchill instead, Scorge? ;-)

Last page I stated that Stirling would be my first 10K for ten months. Somehow I'd managed to forget the one from three weeks ago :-o. One for the "senior moments" thread. (And apart from the race itself (Bella Belter), it should have been memorable as the only race in the UK where I took a train there.)

The race from ten months ago was the Jimmy Irvine 10K in Bella Park, which opened for entries this week and which has yet another amended route this year. Hmm, it still remains (after three attempts to run) unfinished business. I would certainly make sure I routed to avoiding any Remembrance parades this year. Long-sleeved finishers top this year.

drumchapel is an absolute peach! tricky, but friendly and scenic, kinda like an 'expert' level hazlehead. i'll be back.

Did Vogrie this morning for the second time. Forgot how tough it is! Reminds me of school cross country which I used to HATE! 20ish seconds faster than last year so happy with that though.
