Good to meet you PrincessZee ( and not that other name I called you, which we shall not mention again).. Great night esp considering how wet the previous 24hrs had been. New record of 24:41 Sub 5's on that course !

Really enjoyed Harburn Village Festival 5K yesterday. 40 odd runners, prob 20 of them from our club (cos the organisers are in our club!). Great burgers and ice cream and tea and cake afterwards too. G

Ice cream and cake sounds like the perfect reasons to run! Roon the Toon was awesome! My fastest 10k in 5 years (61:50ish) and really enjoyed the course. We got a massive empire biscuit in our goody bag and a t shirt and medal. Measured a wee bit long but just means I am on track for a sub 60 this year so I'll take it. No complaints from me. |
