Did it last year but saving myself for the Harburn Festival 5k on Saturday (Club Grand Prix Run). Weather looks much better for the CAAC5 tomorrow - pretty biblical rain here at the moment.
Did CAAC5 last year but was just a few days after the EMF half marathon so didn't really do it justice - perhaps next year I'll have another go at it.

No CAAC5 for me, had hoped to make it, but ... FB memory popped up from when I did it before: "Target was not to finish in the bottom 6 - was eighth last: success!". I fear I would not reach such giddy heights this time.

It is mostly speedsters Dv, isn't it? Might see you at Harburn on Sat Damo. I will be ambling it, if so! There were about 12 of us in it last year. Harmeny Grand Prix might triple the field! G

I saw the entry list, the non-harmeny runners will feel odd as we are 85% of the field.

Lol LG. I'd do it but I'm not paying £34 to run round streets I could do any day of the week really.
