Interesting that the rules still say we can drive for exercise - but I guess it all about common sense. If the car-park is full, turn round and go somewhere else. Good luck to you all for the weeks (months?) ahead.

I've run over 1000 km in several pairs of spikes with a lot of bare bits of asphalt and granite, so long as they are carbide spikes. The two pairs I'm using right now are Salomon Spikecross and Merrells. I'm wearing out the lining before the spikes. And I can run on pavement just fine because the sole has enough give. OTOH I had a pair of ASICS Arctic once that wore out very quickly because they weren't carbide.
