Strathcarron 10K: I went out to clap the runners past, a bit past the first km. Leader was 54s ahead at that point. Leading woman clear in third, and a wee boy in tenth. Looked like fewer than 200 participants. Maybe they need to move it to not coincide with the GSR. (Originally it didn't as GSR was the start of September.)

That was exciting except I couldn't lock onto a GPS signal for some reason. Highlights for me were the choir at the top of the hill singing "Super Trouper" which made me smile and the good honest M50 racing between a wee group of us which pulled me onto a big PB, brilliant fun. Nice medal, great atmosphere, got to catch up with a lot of people, perfect morning.
