Come and join us in December for a jaunt along the Saxon Shore Way where it winds its way up the coast from Deal to Sandwich The course is very flat, with a few small undulations, the surface is very good at least by trail marathon standards, and even the most navigationally challenged amongst us will be able to get around the course without getting lost. Promise!

Pretty much! Aside from the first half mile loop "just follow the leader!" then the courses is 4 out and back loops along a broadly straight path, if you're on a golf course, or in the sea, then you went wrong! lol Also much softer on the feet, either grass, compacted shingle or sand or tarmac, and for much of the tarmac part if you wanted to you could run on the shoulders of the road which are generally grass or compacted sand... plus being out and back and straight, I suspect unless you're me, you'll always have someone else in sight to follow! Although with TZ in for the double, who you are following might not be on the same loop!
