I’m in. Started 2024 well but fell apart a bit and ended with less than 2023. Would like to improve this year

Ah right. New thread. Copied below from old one.

The years when I stopped running:
2010 - 861 miles
2015 - 978 miles

Back in 2024 with 187 miles (301km), mostly from last 3 months.

I aim to beat years 2010 and maybe even 2015.

Problem, apart from history of fails, is equal emphasis on strength training. So how to balance time and effort, rest and recovery for both strength and endurance, yet still get in the miles? We'll see. I have a plan... :)
