Running during lunch break without access to a shower

Towel down, wet wipes, towel again, de-stink with the spray, job's a goodun. Never had any complaints from the girls in the office, and they generally didn't hold back on the complaining.

I used to play footie nearly every lunchtime at school in my school uniform, do rugby practice, in the summer I'd do intervals on the running track, never once had a shower afterwards! I suppose it's a bit different to being in an office compared to being a schoolboy

Strip wash at the sinks with that, maybe wipe off any excess with a microfibre towel. What about your hair?

I keep one for emergency drying at the gym if I forget my microfibre towel, but they would be great for a quick strip wash.
