old mum
I used to keep a pack of wet wipes, a towel and decent deodorant at work. Towel down, wet wipes, towel again, de-stink with the spray, job's a goodun. Never had any complaints from the girls in the office, and they generally didn't hold back on the complaining.

I suggest working at a secondary school. Then nobody will even notice above the smell of teen BO, Lynx-covered smoke and farts.

Steady Edina
I sweat quite a lot as well but I just used to use wet wipes and have a bit of a strip wash and rinse at the sink in the loo

Too Much Water
That's quite amusing DeeGee! I used to play footie nearly every lunchtime at school in my school uniform, do rugby practice, in the summer I'd do intervals on the running track, never once had a shower afterwards! I suppose it's a bit different to being in an office compared to being a schoolboy |

What The Actual Fleecy
I suggest one of those sports towels that you rinse out, much more effective and environmentally friendly than baby wipes. Strip wash at the sinks with that, maybe wipe off any excess with a microfibre towel. What about your hair?

What The Actual Fleecy
Like this: amazon.co.uk You can wring them out, rinse and re-use and they are stored slightly damp in a plastic tube. I keep one for emergency drying at the gym if I forget my microfibre towel, but they would be great for a quick strip wash. |

Thanks for the info! I'll give it a try and see what happens I wonder what etiquette surrounds stripping off in the bathroom and soaping your pits. Hopefully HR won't mind too much...! |

What The Actual Fleecy
Ask HR if they would prefer semi nakedness in the toilets or an all-afternoon stench. Do you have a disabled loo with a sink in with the toilet?

Good idea Fleecy or perhaps a couple of tea towels - they dry out pretty quickly. Disabled loo is the way forward. |
