Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'll still be the slowest in the team next year, but I'll be damned if I put down 12:30 pace on the spreadsheet two years in a row. Speed training in diary.

Thank you for your efforts, Flanker. That was the only sensible decision for all the reasons given. I was panicking about promising 8:30 on a very dodgy shin. Walk/run would have been more like it :(

We'll be back; better, stronger, faster...
Oh help, that ages me.

Me too, as I'm now imagining us running it in ultra-slow-motion next year.

What a shame! Sorry that it didn't work out for you guys. My two years running, driving cycling with you lot were the most fun running weekends I've had.
Good luck for next year - and if I ever get back into training maybe I'll see if I can help out again!
Well done Flanker - always a star of the RNR!

I'm so desperate to visit Norfolk I'm running for Birketts, stage 11. Stage 9 is still vacant. You know you want to flanker*!! Failing that, hopefully see you at Holkham.
