Wow - well done flanker! :-) You and kinky should bring out a guide to PBing short races by running ultras.

Good stuff on the tri NJ. :-)

I didn't PB, but 4:17 for a mara the week after Ridgeway was an encouraging sign that my recovery is going well. :-)

I managed to accidentally PB at Derwentwater too :-)

I clearly just need a very long warm up LOL!

(Or maybe it was the fear of being beaten by my Dad...)

Emailed Anthony today asking politely (I hope) about the results. They have been delayed - no commitment on when they will be out. Not really any news there, just gotta keep being patient. There should be a few photos on the site soon.

I'm keen to see where I can take 2 hrs 48 minutes off the time next year ;-)

Hi Guys. Quick question. what was the terrain like for this? is it all on pretty hard path or is there lots of grass?

Thanks.

Both! It's mostly all grass track but some bits were quite flinty. This year the ground was hard due to it having been fairly dry.

That's how I remember it but most of it is a blur now!!!

Thanks NJ and well done.

I'm doing this the easy way in november over 3 days and it may be a bit wetter so it's useful to know that there is a lot of grass.

Still no results - were they eaten by a dog?
