Feeling really half-assed after reading what some people on this thread are up to, but this year I've given up cartridge razors for Double Edge ("safety") razors after getting sick of not being able to recycle any part of the cartridges.

The packs of blades still tend to have plastic wrapping. If I was really serious about it I'd get a cut-throat.

Not quite run free, it's more like these things; diy.com only flat. I just chop it up into sections.

Do look out for the description though as most are 100% natural coconut coir but some are latex-coated coir fibres.

Thanks @Carpathius

What do people do for moisturising lotion? Have tried coconut oil & aloe vera plant but found me skin needs something more (suffer from eczema)

Something like this, except available in the UK, would be good: ethiquebeauty.com

I am allergic to perfume so I use plastic tubed ones, but thinking about upgrading to a glass jar one, something like this would work for me but 12 times the price I normally pay :-O

Thanks WL - unfortunately like Curly am also highly sensitive to perfumes.
But this has directed me to looking for a moisturising block in the UK. Am sure there must be something similar.
