Supportive friends and family. I'm also grateful that most people who work in the services surrounding death and bereavement are brilliant at their jobs.

Today for a sympathetic GP who hasn't just fobbed me off with antidepressants and "It's just your age dear!" and is trying her utmost to find the cause of my symptoms.

I seem to have missed notifications yesterday. DQ - that is really something to be grateful for.

I am grateful for a successful 12 mile walk with the boys. That we live an hour away from such a beautiful place. That Ernie was beautifully behaved throughout. For 2 days of successful training and my new found confidence (or lack of the fear at least). For a sneaky flexi afternoon and spending it snoozing on the sofa.

For a car that works. For supportive colleagues. That I still love my job, even though it's brutal at the moment.

Today I'm grateful that a process (that has in the past taken 6 hours of wrangling and swearing to get working) has run smoothly and with no problems. I'm very grateful to all my colleagues who have helped make this happen and saved me from some serious stress!!! :-)
