Amazing lunch yesterday at Stuart Broad's (and Harry Gurney's) pub, The Griffin Inn at Swithland. Chicken liver parfait with spiced pear chutney, foccaccia with balsamic and oil, a "bat" of Suffolk charcuterie with Cornish brie and pickles, Korean pork belly, kimchi fried rice, double smash burger, onion rings. WOW! Top notch food, amazing place |

Aloo tikki chaat with butter chicken. No gravy, and all the better for it. |
