Wow! Seems very cheap to me! The couple of 10ks I've done have been £25+ Haven't seen one that cheap for AGES.

£8/£10 is not greedy at all, if anything I'd say it was rather cheap. I've just paid £15 for a local 10k

Too cheap, I'd say £12 - £15 was pretty reasonable these days.

Well done Old Croc for reprieving last year's event. I hope you get a great turnout.
The Jubilee Running 10k looks set to be given the green light for our second year. £8 for affiliated and £10 for unaffiliated runners, with an extra £2 charged for day entries is what we charged last year and will probably be the same prices again this year.
This race is in the South Croydon area with a provisional date of Sunday 26 June, and will be a multi-terrain event with varied scenery. Watch this space and I'll let you know when entries are open.

Ignore them. Any event that your club has organised has been more than worth the entry fee.

I can only join in the chorus of approval here and congratulate you on keeping it real on race fees . Anyone who thins £8/10 is too much to charge is crazy and surely doesnt get out much. I can remember when you could get a pint and 20 fags and get change from £1 . But not now.
