Room for one more.

Right ankle playing up,felt fine after a week off,went out for 2 mile last night and now the pain is back.Cant run on it but can just about walk withought a limp

Oh flip. Is I reduced to this? What a bunch of relics we are. I'm seeing fizzio on Thursday. Hoping she'll let me trot a bit. Whooopeeedoo.

Lots of muscle tears and stuff in here. They'll repair quite well and quite fast I'm sure. Can we have a game of dominos while we're waiting?
