Ran today 5 miles, first tme since Tuesday training & it kills this afternoon. With only 3 weeks to go till Leicester Marathon its not looking good..... Have had Physio, Ibuprofen, Iced, Compressed, Rolled, Squeezed, Stretched, Pattstraped & quite literally almost given up.

I have not run since last Sunday, my job doesn't help as i ride 3 or 4 horses everday and then there are the walks up and down the fields to catch them. So i am not getting much time to rest. I got to the stage today that i was going to try Leg ice which is like a clay we put on the horses tendons and muscles after hard work or injury. I think i will need to go and get some gel tonight from Asda. So p*ssed of and fed up , wanted to do the dumfries half tomorrow. Oh what a moaning old bag i am :) ...lol
